This Album was recorded in a basement in Burlington Road, Beeston, Leeds called the Dungeon Studio. All the tracks were produced and engineered by Martin Howard and distributed by Red Rhino/Cartel.

Side A is called ‘Side Extreme’ and Side B is called ‘Side Meaty’.

The track by ‘The Keatons’ is misspelt on the album cover, it should be ‘Heat Struck Dense’.

There was also a spelling mistake on ‘The Legendary Len Liggins’ song title too – it should have been ‘Len Liggins’ 114th Dream’.
